Grace Services provides professional handyman services in the Sacramento Metro Area. All services are subject to California AB 2622 handyman exemption (projects under $1,000). Grace Services is a fully insured and bonded company.
The price includes a full 90-minute visit with a background-checked, insured technician. No trip charge, no diagnostic fee, no surprises. The tech arrives with the tools to complete the agreed work — nothing more, nothing less.
All applicable fees are included in your initial quote — no hidden charges.
Materials are client-supplied unless otherwise agreed. If we source materials on your behalf, a $50 sourcing fee applies, quoted before the visit.
You may cancel or reschedule at no charge with reasonable advance notice.
You may cancel within 3 business days (5 for seniors 65+) for full refund.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We carry general liability insurance up to $1M per occurrence. Certificate available on request.
We perform replacements, installations, and repairs at existing fixtures only. We do not perform new wiring runs, new supply line installations, or structural work. All work complies with California contractor law (CA B&P §7048).
